Cryotherapy is fast, effective, and requires no down time! Exposing the body to extremely low temperatures within the Cryotherapy chamber alerts your brain to pump more blood to your internal organs which causes vasoconstriction – in layman’s terms this means your blood vessels constrict causing your blood pressure to increase. As you exit the chamber, vasodilation happens which reverses the process by decreasing your blood pressure and increasing blood flow plus oxygen to the body. This effect to the body caused by the sub-zero temperatures aids in clearing toxins, decreasing muscle soreness and increasing endorphins.

Cryotherapy sessions only take 3 minutes and there is no down time after. You can do an entire session and be in and out of our facility in under 5 minutes. Cryotherapy is quickly becoming popular because it is easy to do, almost everyone can do it, and you get so many benefits in a 3 minute session.

Anyone dealing with soreness from working out, injuries, surgery, or active lifestyle. Anyone trying to eliminate fat and tighten and tone the skin. Anyone dealing with joint pain, arthritis, or other age related issues. Anyone dealing with allergies or immune system issues. Anyone trying to minimize inflammation and live their best life. Who should NOT use full-body cryotherapy?
The following conditions are contraindications to whole body cryotherapy : pregnancy, severe Hyperextension (BP> 180/100), acute kidney disease, urinary tract disease, cold allergy (those allergic to the cold), infection, tumor disease, uncontrolled seizures, acute or recent cerebrovascular accident, peripheral arterial occlusive disease, venous thrombosis, symptomatic lung disorders, acute or recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, arrhythmia and symptomatic cardiovascular disease.
How does it feel?
Cryotherapy is painless, with some clients describing it as rather pleasant. This treatment is completely dry which allows your body to withstand the extremely low temperatures without it feeling painful.
What do I wear?
Clients wear socks, gloves, and slippers - all of which we provide. In addition to that, females have the option of wearing their undergarments and males have the option of wearing their underwear. Our specialists will exit the room as you disrobe and they will not re-enter the room until you are in the chamber and ring a door bell from within the chamber alerting the specialist you are ready to begin. The specialist will then come back into the room at that point and will remain in the room during your session and only sees your face. At the end of the session the specialist will exit the room at which point the client will step out of the chamber (completely dry) and will simply put their clothes back on. Rest assured, your privacy is ensured at all times.
Should I eat/drink before/after?
While it is always good to be hydrated, it's not required to consume anything (or not consume) pre-session. Post-session we recommend hydrating however eating is completely individual and has no negative or positive effect either way in regard to the benefits of the treatment.
Can I workout before/after Cryotherapy?
Yes, you can do both - it is a matter of personal preference. If you choose to workout before your treatment, we ask that you allow enough time to be completely dry (no sweat) for sanitation purposes. Doing Cryotherapy before a workout will help loosen you up and prime your body for any physical activity. Doing Cryotherapy post-workout will reap the full benefits of recovery and feeling more energized and flexible.
How often should I do Cryotherapy?
While a single session will instantly help, we recommend doing at least 2 treatments per week for the first month. Many of our customers come more like 3-4 or even 5-6 times per week to maximize their potential. For ongoing maintenance we recommend anywhere from once per week to once per month.
When will I see results or improvement?
Immediately you’ll notice the positive effects of increased endorphins and adrenaline, leaving you feeling focused and recharged. If you’re looking to see more physical changes, results are seen after about two weeks of regular treatments. The more frequent you do cryotherapy, the more quickly you will notice a substantial and lasting difference.
What do I need to bring with me?
No, just bring yourself! We’ll provide you with everything.
If I'm claustrophobic can I do Cryotherapy?
Yes, we have many claustrophobic customers. Our Cryotherapy chambers are open at the top and your head is fully above the machine and you are able to move within the chamber. Plus, the door doesn’t lock as it’s held closed by magnets allowing the ability to exit easily.

Those under 18 years of age require parental consent to treatment needed. Cryotherapy produces completely natural effects so it is safe for everyone from young children to senior citizens!
